About poi-wg	English (USA)
The main purpose of this list is to provide a forum for the members of the People and Organizational Issues Working group to exchange ideas, share information, and discuss issues related to the Working Group. The mission of the Working Group is to apply the knowledge of human behaviors toward the use of information technology within a health care environment. Practitioners in this area contribute ideas, tools, concepts, strategies and recommendations that translate how people normally behave in various settings to the concept of information management and technology transfer. This in turn leads to the consequences of how an mplementation process is structured or how an organization is managed once the information system is in place. Subscribing to poi-wg
